I never thought I'd say I would look forward to going to the dentist, he is polite and friendly. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly too and relaxed, the patients looked happy coming and going. I had some work done by Dr Mowlawi at the end of last month and I had to go back last week for a routine control and I am very pleased with the results (I have been with the practice since 2 years ago after recommendation from a neighbour). I was very pleased with the treatment that I received from Dr Mowlawi and attention/help from all member of the staff. The staff are so friendly and down to earth. They make you feel relaxed and at ease. It doesn't feel like the overly sterile and faceless type of dentistry you normally get . I would recommend the Clinic to anyone who is serious about getting their teeth sorted correctly the first time. I wouldn't go to any other dentist now. Dr Mowlawi and the staff don't make you feel bad if you have been neglecting your teeth. They are there to help and try to treat your teeth as they would their own. There are no lectures or tut tuts!! There are no nasty surprises with regards to cost. Every appointment is quoted first, so no embarrassment at the reception. Thanks to everyone at the practice, on Wednesday I had an abscess ,I phoned the practice at 9:00 and I was offered an emergency appointment one hour later, Dr Mowlawi took an x ray and he informed me that t the tooth needed root canal treatment and I was prescribed penicillin to ease the pain , the day after when I woke up I noticed that my right side of the face is swollen so I phoned the practice again at 9:00 am ,I was seen at 10:30 , the abscess was drained after the injection( pain free as usual ), today I received a courtesy phone call from the practice to see how did I feel, thanks to Dr Mowlawi and the staff I fell much better and very grateful . I had recently moved to the area and was in desperate need of a filling but was always scared of the dentist so I was quite apprehensive about going to a new dentist, a friend of mine at work recommended visiting Dr Mowlawi and I am glad I did it. Dr Mowlawi and his team were just so polite and understanding, they were patient and explained the whole procedure to me.the best injection I had in my life and the tooth is great now and I feel so much better. After having severe toothache for more than 2 weeks and not receiving proper treatment from NHS emergency services ( I am very scared of the dentist and as a result I have not been to the dentist for a while) , I was recommended by a friend whom receiving dental treatment from the practice for the past 7 years . I phoned the practice and explained my problem and I was offered an emergency appointment for consultation just 2 hours after my call ,a very nice and clean NHS practice . All the staff were great ,Dr Mowlawi is very pleasant and polite and explained everything from A to Z and helped me to relax, I even managed to get the extraction done at the same time . Yesterday I just turned up at the practice after suffering with bad toothache for 2 weeks . Dr Mowlawi and the team looked after me straight away and they fitted me in their busy schedule ,I was advised having root canal treatment but my choice was the extraction (both options was explained in full details and in a very simple way), within the minutes I'd been injected, x-rayed, and the treatment completed in just 15 minutes ,thanks to everyone at the practice for a great service. This is a state of the art NHS dental practice. Having experienced 8 years and 8 different dental practices I have finally found a practice which not only understand dentistry but how to care for patients like me who have had painful experiences of dental surgery. On my first visit I was looked after by Dr Mowlawi who was fantastic (he is very polite and gentle ) . I was explained in full detail what procedure they were going to perform.
