The staff on reception are extremely rude and think nothing of yelling at a patient across the waiting room in front of other patients. If they make a mistake, they do not apologise, they gang up on you in the main waiting room and argue at length while your children look on. Will never go there again. My children were very upset by the rudeness of the reception staff.
