	92%	I am an extremely nervous patient and they treat me with kid gloves and also offer sedation if i really need it. All the staff have been very welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble. I am now set up on denplan which encourages me to go and keep the visits regular. I am happy to recommend this dentist.

	100%	This is the best dentist I have visited out of the 4 I have used. The dentist is always pleasent, fully explains any treatment, advises of the cost of any treatment beforehand and of all the available options. When receiving treatment, the dentist has always sought to reduce any discomfort - even fillings are pretty painless. Both the treatment and aftercare are exemplary - after treatment, the dentist has even had the courtesy to phone me later in the day to see if I am alright. I would recommend this practice to anyone who hatea visiting the dentist.

I have one comment about the way Denplan operates in this practice (which differs from the experience of other family members with other dentists). With the Christchurch practice, the monthly fees just pay for routine check-ups and the hygeinist. Elsewhere they cover basic treatment too (like fillings). The consequence is that the monthly fees at the Christchurch practice are quite expensive for the limited amount they cover.
