	52%	i lost a front upper tooth.The dentist christina,saw me i found her to be abrupt with no tolerance whatever.I declined anesthetic for a small filing job, and was flabergasted when to my horror she stuck a needle in my gum, when i confronted her about this she replied'it is tender and i choose to do it'. arrogant impolite direspecful passed through my mind . to cap it off she didn't have the manners to say she had finnished how does it feel.She is charging the N.H.S for an unnessary injection and a crap false tooth on a plate that does not fit at all.I am so angry that foriegn dentists feel they can treat patients like a commodity to line their pockets. and i dont worry about being known as i would rather take a tooth out myself than ever stepping in there door.

	80%	As a family, our experience of meetings with Dr Helder Esteves has been very good. He is very polite, always explains what he is going to do, makes us all feel comfortable and we have had no problem understanding his English, in fact, his English outshines many English people I know! My only complaint wont be the time we have been kept waiting in the very small waiting room, but I am very grateful to be able to get an NHS dentist at all, so these complaints are not of a great concern to me. Overall, we are very happy with this dentist, both practice and Dr.
	44%	The practice is easy to find, very clean and professional in appearance. The reception staff are superb; polite and friendly. The dentist himself was difficult to understand, speaking very poor english. Even given the language problems, his manner was very rude, impolite and certainly not helpful for anyone of a nervous disposition. He was highly critical of my dental hygiens although I know VERY well that I am very careful to maintain a good standard. I have seen this particular dentist now on three occasions and on two of those I have left, after treatment, feeling angry, insulted and having been treated as a naughty five year old. Also, on each of the three appoitments, I have had to wait at least 40 minutes after my alloted appointment time. I have already written an anonymous complaint to the practice - anonymous as I do not wish to be struck off the list, having waited long enough to get a dentist. Incidentaly, Ms Helder Esteves, as per your web-page, is a MALE, not a Ms.
