	100%	I have been attending orchard lane dental practice for many years together with my two children- I can honestly say I find the whole team from the receptionists to the nurse to Jon Taylor exceptionally professional, courteous,kind, experienced and approachable - simple put they provide everything one could wish for in a dental practice!
	32%	My 11 year old daughter had become very frightened about going to this dentist due to the lack of child empathy shown by this practice they were very rough with her and communicated poorly. When I phoned to see if I could change Dentists Kim the receptionist apeared to be uninterested and asked me to put my concerns in writing to John Taylor the Practice Owner which I am now doing. I have now registered my daughter at a child friendly practice in Somerton called Apex with a child fiendly Dentist called Barbara Decovo. This practice was recommended to be by Resolution in Yeovil who were happy to listen to my concerns and advise me in a constructive way.
