	100%	I have recommended the Practice and Dr Williams to many friends. The quality of treatment and his manner of dealing with a patient is outstanding. If anyone feels a bit nervous of dental visits, you will quickly feel at ease. I think it's important, to speak to patients in a way that they are informed about treatment, informed about options and feel that they can ask questions rather than just being an object in the chair which unfortunately is how some, dentists work. Thanks too to all desk staff who are top notch.
	100%	Daniel is a very caring person and spent time with me reassuring me of my dental options. I must say that I have never had an injection that I couldn't, feel before. I didn't even realise that he had given me the injection. All the way through the treatment Daniel showed a real interest in me and dealt with my significant health issues in a caring and professional manner. I am looking forward to my next visit to Daniel.
	100%	Daniel greeted me in reception with a warm smile and put my nerves at ease immediately. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the examination and his general professional manner. I required a scale and polish and my teeth have never felt so clean. I would recommend Daniel to anyone seeking dental treatment. It was refreshing how Daniel expressed genuine interest in finding out a bit more about me before he started treatment.
	60%	What a horrible, ignorant and rude man - he had the personality of a plank of wood and was very insulting during my examination. A crown which I have had for 40 years has broken and he actually told me that 'I didn't deserve a crown' as I wouldn't care for it adequately. I have had my crowns for 40 years when I was told they had a shelf life of around 15 to 20 years so I am obviously doing something right to have kept them for so long. I was so insulted by the way he spoke to me, he definitely should work on his attitude and manner and with his obvious dislike of his job, perhaps he should think of another career he really didn't seem to want to be there. All in all a very disappointing experience and I would never visit him again.

About Eastside Dental

Eastside Dental Centre is based approximately one mile from Swansea city centre. It was originally established as a single surgery in Ysgol Street, Port Tennant, in 1992, but relocated to Port Tennant Road in 1997. In May 2013, the Practice relocated once more to the Beacon Centre for Health based on the SA1 Waterfront.

The Practice is committed to providing patients with the highest standard of treatment and preventative care to all patients and provide flexible treatment options to suit patient needs.

Having began with just one treatment room, we now provide NHS and private dentistry from nine treatment rooms!

We are the official care provider to the Ospreys and Swansea City Football Club.
