when we given an outline of the treatment needed we were not forewarned of the number of extra visits we would end up having to make while attempting to get a decent fit in my daughters brace, it was always too loose and dropping out,cutting into her gum or breaking because of the adjustments
Russell is rude, arrogant and patronising. He could do with polishing and straightening his own people skills. We are moving out of the area soon and i will be resuming my daughters treatment elsewhere.
