About Shane Patel

Dr Shane Patel is our Implantologist at the practice. He qualified from St Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010 with an Honours Degree. Soon after qualification he was offered the opportunity to work in Australia in a leading private practice. Whilst enjoying the Sunshine Coast, he was able to enhance his cosmetic dentistry skills and grew a passion for implant dentistry. After returning to the UK, Dr Patel completed his post graduate certification in Implant dentistry at The University of Bristol under the watchful eye of one of the UK’s leading Implantolgist’s Dr Jonathan Schofield, and is currently working towards his master’s qualification in this field. Whilst providing general dentistry to a high standard, Dr Patel’s skills and interests lie within Implant and Cosmetic dentistry. He has a calm and comprehensive approach and strives to provide his patients with the highest quality treatments. In his free time he enjoys playing cricket and football as well as socialising with family and friends.
