One of the best decisions I made was to come here. Mike has been excellent and I trust his judgement. He explains carefully any problems or treatments too that I am kept informed.

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but Mike Mullins is always calm and explains everything to me and I always come out wondering why I was so nervous. I would definitely recommend him.

I have nothing but praise for Mike Mullins, who has handled difficult situations with high professionalism. My critisicm relates to other staff during the winter just ending i was booked for a routine inspection in early january. Being nearly 85 and having a persistent low-level upper respiratory virus i felt low and sure that it would be stupid to travel into poole at that time. In fact i had to postpone 2 appointments at that time, the first time i received at once a critical message on the computer and after the second a letter lecturing me about keeping appointments signed by your practise manager. The ladies on the telephone were sympathetic but do you not think that a little more common sense needs to be shown for the situation of an octogenarian. Guy Carless
