About Martin Buckle

Martin qualified in 1978 from Guys Hospital and joined the practice in 1983. In 1996 he obtained a further qualification from Bristol University (DPDS). Martin has worked in the Restorative Department at Derriford Hospital since 2000 on a part time basis. Martin is able to provide implant based solutions for the practice. Martin has been responsible for the Vocational Training at the practice since 1999 and is proud to have helped these young dentists take their place in the profession. As the current Devon LDC Chair, Martin also takes an active role in local dental politics and is also involved with the Devon Practitioner Advice and Support Scheme, of which he is currently Chair. Martin is married to Alison with 2 adult children and loves skiing, tennis and walking.
