went for an appointment with dr southworth and when i got there 2 rude receptionists whose name i heard as chris & kay told me my appointment was cancelled again!!! cos this dentist NEVER EVER works school holidays !!!! disgraceful of this dentist - if she cant be bothered to work more , then either take early retirement or get someone else to cover her !! her rude receptionists need to take some management and good manners lesson also! she is not a great dentist anyway and really unprofesionnal, i feel i always have to go back to get stuff sorted and normally by the other dentists cos she is NEVER around ! (

I went to dentist with my two kids on 28/07/10 at about 12pm. Soon as i walked the asian receptionist who usaully sits in with the dentist looked up an then looked down. Waited for a min or so and started speaking with her head down, realising she was speaking to me. Asked to fill some forms in without looking up at all, which i and I'm sure alot of other people would regards this as downright rudeness. No hello, no acknowlegment, nothing, what a service, and they ring to cancel your appointment all the time because the dentist is busy. I would avoid this particular dentist at all cost. Hope this helps with the review of this dentist.
