A bad experience - I was quoted £32 for a 'first time checkup' which was sold to me as a 20 minute consultation. I was called in 15 minutes late, and the dentist was very dismissive and I spent just under 7 minutes in the room with him. I was told on the phone this would cover any necessary examinations - and the dentist was very eager to do 2 x-rays, which incidently would have been £16 extra! I didn't even have my teeth cleaned during the check up! When I told him I didn't want these he was rude and obnoxious. After quoting me £180 for the 'work plan' and £49 for a hygienest I was left further frustrated. I tried e-mailing and asking for comments about how I felt about the service however whoever was e-mailing me back was very flippant and not understanding in the slightest, simply after money.
Do not use this practise, read the other reviews also! I got twice the service from my old NHS in Bloxham, I'm willing to travel the 100 miles back to use them again!!
