Very kind but firm. Explains everything in detail and shows you how to prevent problems rather than just handing out a leaflet. Painless and deals with any apprehension you may feel. Dental Nurse and Receptionist are first class.
When I moved out of the area Julia took the trouble to find me a dentist locally who would be able to do the implant I needed. She maintained contact to check that the new dentist suited me. I still return for regular check ups as she is so good
