About Howard Watkinson

Howard completed his undergraduate training at Newcastle University Dental School and immediately headed for post-graduate qualification in orthodontics. Whilst holding hospital posts in Nottingham and then Leicester he was awarded the Fellowship in Dental Surgery (RCS Edin) and the Diploma in Orthodontics (RSC Eng). Howard set up his own specialist practice in Leicester in 1990, moving to our current premises in 1997. A keen runner and triathlete, Howard has recently taken up ballroom dancing. His grown-up children have mostly left home, but the paternal taxi service continues to be pressed into use – more airport runs than school runs these days.
