I am so happy to have Dr Varaitch as my dentist for both my husband and myself. She has a great demeanor, treats us with care, and respect. She knows when we are afraid, and she makes sure we feel no pain. It is fabulous we can go to the dentist and know before going that she won't hurt us, or belittle us. She is very punctual and the staff are very nice, courteous and friendly. Our grandchildren use her as well, and they have never liked going to the dentist, but she is so good with them. |

I have had a fear of dentist all my life & everyone in the Practice have been brilliant! The calming reassuring manner of the receptionist, the caring smiles and encouragement of the assistant and the care, skill and patience of the dentist herself.
So thank you all! You are absolutely brilliant and I have been recommending you to anyone I meet. |

I went to this practice after years of poor service from my previous dentist and was blown away by the high standards in both treatment and customer service. At my previous practice I had been rushed and ignored, but here they actually took the time to listen to me and my problems and even included me in the planning of treatment. I very much recommend this practice for anyone who looking for excellent dental treatment and care. |

THIS IS ONE OF THE PRACTICE THAT IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NOT BOTHER WITH! My husband was treated by this practice for twice as private patient. First time there was an Irish dentist who as considerate and good. However he left and the current dentists began running the practice. After the second treatment my husband and I had a strong opinion that their main interest is not to do a good job or patient comfort, dignity and health but more like to find ways to charge the patient for imaginary treatments, the treatments that is really not needed. During the second treatment and due to the pain he was suffering my husband had asked for a second injection (pain killer) and the dentist was not happy(due to cost I guess) and reluctantly given him the local aesthesia. Since then my husband received many letters from this practice who claimed that my husband needed a list of treatments which the total bill was over £2500! The cost of course is an addition to their APPALLING (miserable) bed side manners. If this is done for a private patient I do not want to think what would be for the NHS patient. If there would be a MINUS star system to award them I would.. |
