About Duvi Raju

Hello, I’m Duvie Raju, Clinical Director of Dove Dental Care. I qualified from Liverpool Dental School back in 1992 and passed the Canadian Dental Board Examination in 1999. Subpreet and I bought Dove Dental Care in 2006 (formerly ‘The Practice’) and have enjoyed the challenge of refurbishing the practice and introducing the latest state of the art technologies to our patients. I am also very lucky to have a great team here at Dove Dental Care. We all work together to ensure our patients receive a friendly and professional service. The happiness of both my patients and team are very important to me as I feel a happy team will always deliver the best care possible. Subpreet says that I am married to dentistry and that dentistry is my first love. To my wife’s dismay, I will spend many an evening or weekend on dental courses learning the latest techniques. What can I say?..... It really rocks my boat. I guess I am very fortunate to be passionate about what I do for a living. I have successfully attained a postgraduate qualification from the Eastman Dental Institute (London) in Restorative Dentistry, as well as a Certificate in Implantology from the world-renowned implantologist Dr Eddie Scher. I practice restorative based dentistry and will always endeavor to save the natural tooth where possible. Dentistry has come along way since the drill and fill days, and I believe in empowering my patients by giving them the facts to make the right choices for their dental care.
