About Chris Wooldridge

Chris joined Crook Log Dental Practice in 2012 after returning from Australia where he practiced in a demanding cosmetic and general dental practice following graduation from Manchester University (UK). Chris regularly attends international dental conferences and has spoken at numerous conferences across Europe. He is also an active member of the British Dental Association, The Faculty of General Dental Practice and The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Chris is enthusiastic about, and enjoys all aspects of, NHS and private dentistry; he is dedicated to continually updating his skills and knowledge to enable him to provide excellent care to all of his patients. Chris is currently completing his Royal College of Surgeons MJDF qualification and is looking forward to undertaking his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry later this year. Outside of dentistry, Chris enjoys an active lifestyle which includes SCUBA diving and playing 5-a-side football (alongside his colleague Dr Baber Khan).

	92%	If you are a nervous patient, as I am, then Chris Wooldridge is the dentist for you. He is patient and understanding and provides a thorough explanation of your treatment beforehand. Having been traumatised by my school dentist when I was younger, it took a great deal of courage to trust another. However, Chris has enabled me to overcome my fears and get the treatment I needed.
	100%	I was treated by Mr Woolldridge this morning; one old filling required replacing, and the teeth cleaned. It has been some years since I had any treatment done and was not looking forward to the process. The procedure was explained clearly, thoroughly and my questions answered. The work was completed calmly & efficiently with minimum discomfort.
	100%	I have seen Dr Wooldridge a few times now and he's always been friendly, attentive and efficient. He's very thorough in explaining every step of the process, and he makes sure that you are happy with everything before proceeding. Today he extracted one of my wisdom teeth, which was infected. I was worried about this treatment, but I really didn't need to be. The most painful part was the injection, and even that was only mildly discomforting. The extraction was over in 5 minutes' time, and I've had no pain since then. A very good job indeed! I would recommend Dr Wooldridge unreservedly.
