About Apostolos Bozis

Apostolos graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, in 1996. Since then he has worked within the hospital service and in general practice within the U.K. Between 2001-2003 he completed a Masters Degree Course in Endodontics at Guy’s Hospital, London. Apostolos is currently sharing his time between private practice and the Royal London Medical and Dental College, where he works as an associate specialist in endodontics.

The use of the isolating clamp and membrane to stop water and the drilled tooth debris from dropping into the back of my mouth made the procedure very much more comfortable and tolerable than I have experienced before.

	100%	My regular NHS dentist refered me to Dr Apostolos Bozis at Hertfordshire Centre For Dentistry after discovering I needed root canal treatment on my top molar (tooth right at the back)that was too complicated for my dentist to perform. I had never had root canal treatment, and was obviously quite worried as there are plenty of scarey tales around! I was seen by Dr Apostolos Bozis, who was punctual, made me feel very welcome and comfortable as he explained the treatment. After 3 injections I honestly didn't feel a thing (and frankly wondered what all the fuss was about!) My treatment took about an hour, and I didn't need a 2nd appointment. The recovery time was about half a day and only consisted of a slight ache in the tooth area. Its been about 1-2 months since treatment and I've had no problems at all with the repaired tooth. I have to return to my regular NHS dentist soon to get a permanant crown fitted. I'm so glad I made the desision to have root canal treatment rather than have the tooth removed as a lot of people I know have had done. I really can't recomend Dr Apostolos Bozis at Hertfordshire Centre For Dentistry highly enough, he should be very proud of the quality of work he performs, and clearly loves his job. Thanks very much.
