About Antonis Petrou-Amerikanos

Dr. Petrou-Amerikanos qualified in 1985 and with his skills, gentle approach and wonderfully calming manner has earned the undying devotion of numerous grateful patients over the subsequent years. He is particular balm to those of a nervous disposition. Following his qualification and until 1996 he was a popular tutor at the University of Thessaloniki Greece in the department of Operative Dentistry. Having received his implant certification in 1992 he has been able to provide implant services both here and overseas and has placed and restored over 1900 implants.Dr Petrou-Amerikanos artisry and skill has developed a popular implant centre. In addition in 2005 he added facial aesthetics to his skill-set, using muscle relaxing injections and fillers. More recently he trained to use Clearstep an orthodontic system without braces. He is a member of the British Dental Association, the Association of Dental Implantology and a regional fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. To relax he turns to the stage and has trodden the boards at both the Watersmeet and Wycombe Swan Theatres.
