Review of Aitazaz Ali Balock and reception.
If you are NHS forget this dentist.
No communication between secretaries to dentist explaining reason you are visiting/treatment.
Eat on other side stated the dentist.
Just interested in providing private treatment, would rather extract teeth instead of repairing.
Refused to treat my teeth problems - easy cop-out for them!
Outcome: changed dentist, complaint as been ignored to date .

Total Dentalcare is committed to providing a high level of service and all complaints are taken very seriously and investigated in line with our Complaints Policy and Procedure. A copy of this Complaints procedure is available on request and all patients can be assured that we will do everything we can to resolve any issues in a courteous and prompt manner. We will always try and ensure that patients are pleased with their experience of our service.
My response To TDC.
I was fobbed off with the first complaint, 2nd attempt they took more seriously and offered my money back. To date I still have to wait for another 10 days for a response from the dentist in question. Holidays and sickness have added to the delay.
Misleading information from TDC stating I could contact NHS ENGLAND with my complaint, NHS ENGLAND said I could not, again time wasting. Incorrect email address provided for NHS ENGLAND to. |
