About Anthony McGee

Tony Mcgee qualified in 1987 at Newcastle University and purchased Fairfield Dental Surgery in 1991,before selling it on in 2010. He has a special interest in implantology and has finished two years of an MSc in this subject. His greatest passion is bone regeneration using synthetic bone materials. This lead him into research and to the development of a successful material to grow bone in patients with gum disease.He also uses this to correct defects deeper in the jaws. Tony is experienced in almost all aspects of dentistry and still enjoys the challenges that dentistry brings.
