About Alan Young

Alan is an experienced practitioner who has spent 20 years plus in general dentistry while also working part time in various other posts in hospital and A&E departments. He is enthusiastic about his dentistry and keen supporter that it should have a sound scientific clinical basis; clocking up 1160 hours of post graduate education in the last 10 years including 437 hours of lectures. In what's left of his spare time goes training, enjoys a good run (occasionally for charity) and walking to counteract the effects of his other hobby which is cooking.
