what can I say about this practice ...just brilliant after some bad experienceS at my previous dentist I stayed away for a few years but required dental treatment, I was recommended to Mr Kapnisis and I was not disappointed firstly lisa the receptionist got me an appointment within in a day, upon arrival she chatted away to us as if she had known us for ages which made me at ease straight away ,also I found Mr Kapnisis easy to talk to he also put me at ease and explained everything through out the examination I for one will not have any problem visiting this practice again 10/10

After some pretty bad experiences with previous dentists, I developed a fear of just the thought of going for treatment, even knowing that I had problems which needed addressing. Hearing from friends about how good Nortton were, in all respects, I went today. Outstanding, friendly staff; understanding and comforting Kitty, the dentist`s assistant; and an absolutely brilliant dentist, Ari...a lovely, charming man, who listens, understands, and explains everything, step by step, and allows you to make your own decisions. And I`m a 65-year old bloke ! My first treatment is in a few days time, and I`m almost looking forward to it !! This practice is outstanding.

Mr Kapnisis has been my dentist for a long time and he is the most gentle and kind person / dentist . He allows me to be scared and make me feel as comfortable as i will ever be in such a building. All the staff are extremely freindly and professional.
