	28%	I've had my braces for 2 years now but as my dentist left I was transferred to another dentist. She didn't explain anything to me and as a result I have now had my braces taken off and I'm not satisfied at all. I feel that all the gaps should have been closed but I still have a gap at the front which when asking another Orthodontic center they said it's a very easy procedure which should have been completed. I wouldn't recommend this place. The only member of staff who is friendly is Louise, all the others are just plain rude!
	100%	My daughter has just completed her course of orthodontic treatment with Louise, who is without doubt the best orthodontist in Reading. My daughter needed 12 months worth of treatment, and it has all be worth it, because her smile is now so beautiful
