We were ten minutes late for an appointment to look at a sore tooth despite explaining in advance that we had a newborn child so timings were difficult. Miss Sanchez-Bretano was asked if she would see us and declined (probably as it would push into her lunch). The tooth is now getting worse. Over the last ten years of using this dentist we have never had an appointment on time and have always had to wait at least thirty minutes. Good dentists (when you get to see them) but appalling service and terrible receptionists. (2/10/2010)
