I was 2.15 pm. appointment today with Sarah Johnstone and I would like to thank her and her assistant for their good, kind and courteous attention in dealing with my teeth in what turned out to be a rather protracted appointment. They were a team that conveyed compatability and a lot of confidence to the patient. They were very professional and SJ also showed concerns not only for me .. but also for her following appointments which were going to be subject to considerable delay. It was an indication that the practice works to give satisfaction and care to all its patients; not only those sitting-in-the-chair, but also to those who follow. It gives me great pleasure to say this and I think they are an asset to the practice. (6/15/2011)
