I have had pretty bad experience with this dr and his clinic. First there is a lack of explanation, did ask but always had a feeling of being rushed out of the door and not sufficient information. I had my crown done which was done poorly. Normally one has temporary crown and then permanent one. In my case, i did have the same procedure except it took the dr 5-7 min.s to fit a permanent crown. The crown then moved until it settled tight close to one side of the teeth while leaving a big gap on the other. impossible to floss whatsoever and the dr keeps telling me about the posibility of using a brush instead - why would I want to use brush when one can do the teeth properly and leave enough gap to be able to use differet options. Overall, I proved with another qualified dentist that the job was done very poorly and claimed my money (£700) back so i could get it redone but he wud refuse to refund telling all sorts of technical words, that i don't even understand - but the fact is I AM CLEARN UNHAPPY with the crown he fitted for me. I have had dull and discoloured teeth for months now and it was really affecting my confidence, I went to the City Dental practice for a whitening session. Dr Beveridge was so kind and really helped me to relax throughout the whole procedure and the results are fantastic! I cant stop smiling and people have noticed the difference, I can't thank the City Dental team enough. (4/19/2011)
