Edinburgh Periodontics is a private practice, providing both General Dentistry and Specialist Referral Services. Our aim is to provide exceptional dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment. We provide a full range of preventative and cosmetic dental treatment, including, Tooth Whitening, Dental Implants, and Full Mouth Rehabilitation.

All the Dentists here are actively involved in teaching at the Edinburgh Dental Institute, and we use state of the art equipment and the latest scientific research in order to remain at the cutting edge of modern dentistry. Our experienced team will ensure that you receive a warm welcome, and that you are satisfied with all aspects of your Dental Care.
I have been with this practice for some time now, initially with Mr Maran, & latterly having extensive root canal treatment, crowns & general treatment from Mr Martin. I have always been very happy with my treatment, & in particular with Mr Martin been pleasantly surprised at how a long session of root canal treatment seems to pass very quickly. All in all a much more pleasant experience than normally conjured up by 'a visit to the dentist'. My resultant repaired / crowned set of teeth also continue to give good service! My visits to the dental hygienists have also been most satisfactory, & often conveniently scheduled just before a visit to Mr Martin. In conclusion, I would unreservedly recommend this practice to anyone. (5/24/2010)

I found all the staff in the practice very friendly and approachable. My treatment was unfortunately, a lengthy one but I am happy to report that the results were excellent and I would thoroughly recomend this practice to anyone. (5/15/2010)

I would highly recommend Mr. Stephen Martin. After many years of fearing going to the dentist, I feel totally calm and safe having treatment with him. He has a very gentle manner and is very patient, kind and helpful. With the changes that have happened over the years within the dental profession, I am so pleased we have found a caring family dentist again. (4/30/2010)
