Beatty Road Dental Practice is a predominantly private dental clinic (NHS treatment is available for children under the age of 18 years) .
The practice is located close to Eastbourne’s Sovereign Centre swimming pool. It was acquired by Mr Barotian in 2004. Since taking over the practice he has shown a commitment to the continual development of both the practice facilities and its staff for the benefit of all patients.

Our aim is to assist you in attaining and maintaining your perfect smile. This may be achieved through routine oral health check-ups and hygiene visits or may require further intervention ranging from a simple filling to the provision of cosmetic dentistry - such as tooth whitening or the placement of crowns, bridges or veneers to enhance your smile.
All treatment is provided only after a full examination and consultation between you and your dentist and having gained your consent. If you are unsure or require further information about treatments, any member of the team will always be happy to assist you.
We are committed to providing you with professional dental care in a comfortable and hygienic environment using qualified and skilled personnel. We are committed to clinical governance for the well being of all of our patients and their improved dental care. Your dental care will be provided by your regular dentist or hygienist except where you are referred to a specialist or if you are in need of emergency dental treatment and your dental surgeon is unavailable.
We ask that our patients attend regular dental check-ups to maintain their oral health at an interval agreed with their dental surgeon. If for any reason you are unable to attend a booked dental appointment we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice where possible so that the appointment may be offered to another patient.
