I knew it would happen sooner or later! The last review was written by a person known to the practice who bears a grudge. He is not a patient here (never has been), so has committed fraud in writing an untrue review and is a hypocrite to suggest that Mr Woodcock is dishonest. I think it's hilarious that 9 of the 12 reviews below all giving 100% (not my experience of him) were all posted within a few days of each other!
Hardly the spontaneous outbursts of satisfied customers.
I suspect the dentist did them himself.
He has a lovely practice, wonderful staff, but he himself lets it all down. While he seemed polite to start with, as I asked what I thought were perfectly reasonable questions he was abrasive, arrogant and dismissive of my concerns.
But mostly, now I've read these comments and their time distribution, I think his honesty is open to question, too. And if you can't trust him, you go somewhere else. (1/27/2012)

I saw Mr Woodcock for a "second opinion" this evening after my NHS dentist said (just before xmas!) that I would need a crown as soon as. Mr Woodcock spent WELL over half an hour with me; he gave me his opinion and showed a huge amount of expertise. He confirmed I did indeed have a crack in my tooth, but that it was not as bad as I had been told. Mr Woodcock was extremely patient with my "20 questions" and explained in detail about the options that I had available. I had initially planned to only have my NHS dentist do any work that needed doing with my cracked tooth BUT I would seriously consider saving those extra pennies to have Mr Woodcock do the job instead!
