I originally joined BDC through a work scheme approximately 10 years ago. I had a dental emergency and as I hadn't visited a dentist for years I was very nervous. Dr Fallon was so patient and kind and immediately put me ease. Even though I no longer work in the City I still use BDC and subscribe to their dental plan. I have had a real fear of dentists since a bad experience as a child so it was with great trepidation suffering a very painful tooth that I was forced to make a dentist appointment, I saw Bridget Sanderson and she was fantastic, she made me feel completely at ease, explained step by step what needed to be done and more importantly got me out of pain. I would highly recomend BDC Moorgate. Staff are really pleasant, polite and helpful. Appointments are always on schedule and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr Neil Sikka is my dentist. He is extremely professional, pays attention to detail and does everything to ensure the patient is comfortable and at ease. I am a member of the Barbican Dental plan and have been for some years. When joning the plan I noted that one or two other plans offered a slightly cheaper monthly payment but such plans did not offer the ease of scheduling appointments and treatments or the reputation of Barbican Dental (and often required messy post-appointment fee reclaim procedures). The centre's facilities are exceptionally clean and centrally located. In dental appointments Gillian Smith instantly puts you at ease. She is lovely, efficient without being rushed and if any treatment is required, she clearly explains why. (3/29/2012)

I recently had treatment and a crown fitted onto a tooth at the back, top left of my mouth - Not an experience I was looking forward to! In fact I put it off for a year. I needn't have worried myself so much. Bridget explained everything to me fully at all stages of the treatment on each of my visits and the experience was 'pain free'. I have had lots of treatment at Dentist's over the years so I have a lot of other Dentist's to compare her against. I rate her care and skills very, very highly. I have received various types of treatment since attending Barbican Dental Care from filligs to extractions and have found the service and information given by and received from Dr Gillian Smith exemplarily. Rob Fallon is a highly professional dentist. I feel so fortunate to have a dentist of such high calibre. I trust him completely and think he really cares about me as a patient and as a person. He has been so supportive and gives me excellent advice and dental care at each visit. He is gentle and capable, and technically he is a true expert having treated me so proficiently when following a fall, my front tooth fell out and the other front tooth was damaged. I look forward to my regular checkups and know that I will be treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. He explains what is happening and answers all my questions and concerns. What more could I want from a dentist! Although I have given up my fulltime career working nearby, I am continuing to attend the Barbican dental centre as I cannot imagine a better dentist anywhere else and so it is worth the journey and time to attend. Rob Fallon is a real treasure and I hope he will continue to be my dentist for many years to come! (6/21/2010)
