Having been seen by Mr O'Regan for many years now, I can happily say I would recommend. He is always very kind and considerate, and always explains everything to me. The surgery overall is excellent, and reception staff very friendly and helpful. I know it can be quite expensive, but the quality of the practice is superb. (2/8/2012)

Having had a fear of dentists in my younger years, I am always happy to go to my regular dental checks and hygienist visits now. The procedures I have had are painless and the dentist and hygienist take care to ensure that everything is comfortable and explained well. Text reminders are appreciated before the appointments too. Very high standard of service and Professionalism. Slight overkill with the reminder system. Text + e-mail + phone call. Just one would be adequate. Is this because I'm getting old and the memory is failing or desparation of the surgery for business? (1/10/2012)

Michael is always courteous, pleasant and puts me at my ease. In 10 years of treatment he has been the gentlest dentist I can ever recall and his anaesthetics always work first time - something that other dentists don't always achieve. (1/9/2012)

i started my detal treatment with mr joyce the latter half of 2011, at which time i was in a bad way and embarrassed and extremely scared. ican only say this with the deepest of gratitde, in a way, which comes from my heart. my treatment has been carried out under sedation because all concerned thought that this would be the best course for me, and yes it has, i still get nervous but not the shivvering wreck that i was. i have never been patronised or made to feel in adequate because i let myself go, and now thanks to mr joyce and his team i am starting to look and feel so much better, not only are my teeth looking better and i can now smile without covering my mouth !! but they have given me confidence and encouragement for me to carry on and never allow myself to be in such a way again. all this probably sounds cheesy but i never thought in a million years how i would feel now with the thanks to my dentist. Anyone out there who is really scared, try no to be and go and see them, they will make you comfortable, and create an individual treatment plan especially for you, not only can they give you back your teeth but also your wellbeing and confidence . Gail understood exactly what I was after and went though all of my options. I was happy to go for the most expensive option but Gail was honest and explained that a chepaer quicker option was all I needed to fix the problem. She's been great at all of my appointments making me feel at ease, pausing whenever she could tell I need a break. Reception staff have been great, especially at the beginning. I called a couple of time about things I could/couldn't drink/eat during the course of my treatment and anything they couldn't answer they looked into and got back to me. Thanks all! (10/26/2011)

Find that the hygienist prices seem to go up each visit which is not good news for patients. Dentist very thorough and does not push you to have any unnecessary treatment. (10/7/2011)
