	100%	Having moved here from Berkshire, i was nervous about moving to a new dentist...i shouldn't have been. Mrs Eccles and her dental nurse immediately put me at ease with their friendly and professional approach. 	84%	I was quite nervous about going in for a routine filling, as i have had bad experiences with dentists and had only just moved here, so i was a little apprehensive. it was silly really because i had absolutely no reason to worry when i went to visit Dr Hayward, they were so friendly and understanding and I barely noticed when the procedure went on! i was so calm and now have no more pain or fear!
