Qualifying from Guys Hospital, London, in 1999, Dr Karlekar spent many years working in General Practice in St Albans, before coming to the Winslow Dental Practice. He provides all aspects of dental care with special interests in Crowns and Bridges and Endodontics (root canal work) and has completed many advanced courses in these fields.

He has also been teaching Restorative Dentistry for many years at Guys Hospital in London as an Honorary Clinical Teacher. He has an amazing enthusiasm and passion for dentistry resulting in him being able to provide the most up-to-date treatments for his patients.

The practice also provides dental implants in-house and benefits from a highly experienced implantologist who provides a full start to finish implant service, replacing missing teeth or implant supported bridges and dentures.

what a lovely practice, I'm new to Winslow, but didn't want to travel, a friend recommened Dr Karlekar, and I am very grateful because he is both friendly and professional, and I have total faith in his dentistry.

I was treated by Dr Karlekar at his previous practice and I found him to be sensitive and caring, the standard of his work is exceptional. Sadly I moved out of the area, but would highly recommend him to anybody - he restored my faith in dentists and I think I will be hard pushed to find anyone of his calibre. Thank you Khetan.

Ketan is kind, skilled, calm, efficient and empathetic. Very nice receptionist, great for me because I am dentist phobic and have a poor memory.
