My daughter (now aged 6) has had ongoing problems with her teeth. Jo has had the patience of a saint and explains things clearly to my child using language she can understand. Without knowing my daughter you will not be able to fully appreciate what Jo has accomplished, my daughter is very strong willed and can be uncooperative!!! My daughter now runs to Jo's room, jumps in the chair, has a little chat with Jo about what she's been up to and opens her mouth. All without any encouragement from me. Jo, you have worked a miracle and I am truly grateful.
