Julia joined the practice in late 2010 bringing with her a wealth of experience in General Practice. Since qualifying in 1997 from Cardiff, she worked in the Essex area for 5 years before buying a practice in 2003 with her husband Nik, also a dentist. She decided in 2009 to spend more time with her children. Julia is currently studying for her Diploma in General Dentistry.

In her spare time, Julia likes travelling, particularly in the Uk, and reading (but not always text books!).

Thackeray Dental Care was recommended by a friend, they had a special offer on for a new patient consult. Their level of customer service was excellent from first walking into the practice to meeting Julia Riley. She listened to my concerns and was able to give me several different treatment options. A very pleasant and friendly practice. Would recommend.
