I have had excellent treatment from Rob and Mel, who are professional, skilful, honest and friendly. I'm so delighted with the improvement to my teeth and gums - the only way was up - and would not hesitate to recommend the practice to others.

I originally joined BDC through a work scheme approximately 10 years ago. I had a dental emergency and as I hadn't visited a dentist for years I was very nervous. Dr Fallon was so patient and kind and immediately put me ease. Even though I no longer work in the City I still use BDC and subscribe to their dental plan. Dr Fallon is extremely professional and delivers a very high level of care making my six monthly visits completely stress-free.

Rob Fallon did such a fantastic job (at no notice) repositioning my teeth and stitching my gum after an accident, that the Consultant that I subsequently saw described it as flawless. He told me that I was really lucky to have Rob as my dentist. I was in quite a mess and he could not have been kinder or more efficient. His work is exquisite and I cannot recomment him highly enough.

Great service, I have been going now for 3 1/2 years now and having same dentist throughout this period means one really gets personal service rather than being a name on a database. I would highly recommend the practice and in particular Mr R Fallon who explains things in a clear and concise manner. The practice reminds you via text when you are due for your next appointment and also the day before your actual appointment as a handy reminder… why go anywhere else???

Rob's work has given me SO much more self confidence.
Confidence in my smile, to have my photo taken, in meeting people.
As a Coach myself and a teacher to others I have always admired Rob's ability to explain process, rationale and benefits. He does this in such a lovely way.
He always appears to have the respect of the nurse working alongside him and interacts with them especially well. Very interdepdant.
I have and will continue to refer People to him.
